Meido-Kan was established in 1963 in Helsinki. Today it is the largest budo club in Finland and it offers you qualified and guided training in different levels of martial arts including Aikido, Judo, Karate, Iaido and Taiji. We also arrange special courses and training for beginners, adults and juniors. In addition there is an exercise school for children starting from three years of age.
We are located near central Helsinki in two training centers: the Olympic Stadium (enter beside the tower) and Vallila, address Päijänteentie 1.
